The bus service is for you: the rider. If you have a concern or question, please let us know! You may send an email or call us during regular administrative hours. If you have a problem while using our transportation services contact us as soon after the incident as possible. Give us the route, time of day, and as many other details as you can. If we’re doing things well, we’d like to know that too! We’re interested in your questions and suggestions too!
Please check the schedules section for routes, or go to the Where’s My Bus page and use the “Quick Trip Planner” feature. Simply put in your starting point and destination and let us find the route for you. If you still need help call River Valley Transit and tell us where you are, where you want to go, and what time you want to be there. We’ll tell you which bus, where to catch it, when it departs and arrives, and which bus stop to use.
River Valley Transit maintains a Lost and Found Department. Articles left on a bus are kept for 30 days. If you lose an article on the bus, please contact us on the following business day.
