Drivers, maintenance staff and the entire operations team were suprised with a catered breakfast and lunch on Monday, April 20th, 2020. Eat and Run delivered food that was distributed to drivers and team members in the morning and in the afternoon as a thank you for their dedication as essential workers in the community. Service and routes changes in summer will begin in May, 2020.

Williamsport, PA… For the safety of passengers and bus operators, River Valley Transit added 2 more buses between 10am – 2pm weekdays. The increase in bus trips avoids over-crowding on buses. Additional timepoints have been added going both East and West departing from the Trade & Transit Center. See schedule.

• Riders are encouraged to only use bus service to go to work, medical appointments, grocery stores and other essential trips.
• Riders are required to enter and exit the bus using the rear door to minimize driver contact unless they need to use the ramp for wheelchair boarding or other mobility devices.
• Passengers will not be required to purchase fare or passes to ride River Valley Transit buses until further notice.
