That is a $20 savings off the regular pass price. The 31 Day EZ Pass is good for unlimited rides during a consecutive thirty-one-day period upon activation. Stock up passes to use now or later in 2022. The discounted passes are sold at the The Trade and Transit Centre office, centrally located right downtown on Transit Drive next to the Mid-Town Landing parking lot. Open weekdays between 6 am and 6 pm and Saturdays 8:30 am – 3 pm.

T-shirts are expected to be ready by October 28^th and may be picked up inside the River Valley Transit Passenger Waiting area at the new Trade & Transit Center II, on Transit Drive. The entrance can be found on the rear side of 144 West Third Street.

All proceeds from T-shirt sales will benefit the local Kathryn Candor Lundy Breast Center at the UPMC Divine Providence campus here in Williamsport.

• Express originates from Bus Bay 12 at the corner of West Third and Pine Streets next to the Third Street Parking Garage. Stops include the Church Street Parking Garage stop located at the corner of Church and Court Streets near to the TownPlace Suites. See garage addresses, both in downtown Williamsport.
• The Express Bus also stops along the route, look for River Valley Transit bus stop signs.
• Park & Ride to the games: FREE parking in the Third Street Parking Garage or the Church Street Transportation Center when you ride the Little League Express to the World Series. Have your parking ticket validated by the Little League Express Bus Driver.

Full-Time Bus Operator

Applicant must have an excellent driving record (verified through the State Motor Vehicle Department.) River Valley Transit may provide training to secure the appropriate CDL license. Responsibilities include:

All applicants must possess a valid drivers license and have an excellent driving record. All positions are subject to residency requirements and to all applicable Federal Regulations governing workplace anti-drug and alcohol programs in the transit industry as specified by the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) of the US Department of Transportation (DOT) and 49 CFR P655 and 49 CFRP Part 40, and the “Drug-Free Workplace Act of 1988”. This shall include analytical urine drug testing and breath testing for alcohol for: reasonable suspicion, random, post-accident, return to duty, and follow-up during the course of employment.

The name “East End Warren Avenue” replaces the East End ManorCare route name effective today, Friday, July 23, 2021.

The route name is the only change. The new name will be added to buses and our announcements on Transit Drive, MyRide app and on the website.

Effective Thursday, July 15, 2021 the Montoursville bus (#15) will make stops at the Williamsport Regional Airport on 4 days; Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. On those days on the trips that depart the Transit Centre at 12:45, 1:45, 2:45, 3:45, 4:45 and 5:45pm, the Montoursville bus will deviate from it’s regular schedule to make stops at the airport. The stops at the airport will be at 1:00pm, 2:00pm, 3:00pm, 4:00pm, 5:00pm and 6:00pm.

There will not be buses traveling to the airport on Tuesday or Wednesday and the Montoursville route will be unchanged from it’s usual schedule. Find the Montoursville Route time table and schedule information at https://www.ridervt.com/schedules-routes/montoursville/.

There have been signs posted on the route indicating the change of service. Riders may have to find other stops on the select days since the route has changed to accommodate the new trips to the airport.

River Valley Transit’s administrative office and Transit Centre II customer service offices will help you with complete details on the new schedule. The MyRide smart phone application will also reflect the changes. As always your bus operator will assist you with questions about the new route and trips to the airport.

Take a River Valley Transit bus to the Fair!

Ride the Lycoming Mall bus to the Lycoming Mall and transfer to the Tri-Town Connector- Muncy/Hughesville bus. Regular Fares apply. Don’t forget to get the “transfer” card from the bus driver so you can save $1.00 off Fair General Admission.

There is an EVENING EXPRESS service between 6pm and 10pm on 5 nights! Friday and Saturday, July 16, 17, Monday, July 19, and Friday and Saturday, July 23 and 24.
